Scout Recon is set up on your own systems, and the data it measures belongs to your firm. We use it only to measure your funnel and report it back. We never sell it, and we never share it beyond what running the service requires.

Connections run over SSL, and the integrations we build to your analytics, call tracking, and case system use secure, authenticated access.

We connect with the minimum access needed to measure your funnel, nothing more. Your reporting workspace is private to your firm.

Call recordings

Consent-aware by default.

Call recording and intake scoring run only where call-recording consent law and your setup allow it. Recordings sit behind a secure, audited trail, so access is controlled and logged. We build the guardrails in rather than leave them to chance.

Honest measurement

We would rather show a dash than a wrong number.

If a data feed stalls, the dashboard withholds that number instead of showing a stale one, and flags itself the moment it happens. Trustworthy security and trustworthy numbers come from the same place: telling you the truth, including when we do not know.
