Who we are

Scout Recon is a marketing-attribution product for law firms, and a product of Scout Media & Consulting, a small team of senior specialists based in Fuquay-Varina, NC. This policy covers this website (scoutrecon.app) and the demo request form on it.

What this site collects

Only what we need to talk with you and keep the site working:

• What you send us. When you request a demo, we collect your name, work email, and anything else you choose to share, like your phone number, firm name, and a note about what you want to measure.
• How the site is used. Like most websites, we use analytics to see which pages people visit and what device they use. This is aggregate and helps us improve the site.
• Basic server logs. Our host keeps standard logs (IP address, browser type, time of visit) for security and performance.

How we use it

We use your information to reply to your request, set up your demo, and make the site better. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it except with the service providers below who help us run the site.

Your firm's data in the product

This policy is about the website. The data Scout Recon measures inside the product, your firm's traffic, calls, and cases, is a separate matter and is governed by the agreement we sign with your firm. Your data is yours. We use it only to measure your funnel and report it back to you, and we never sell or share it. Scout Recon is set up on your own systems, so you keep control of your data.

• WP Engine for website hosting.
• Our form and email tools to receive and respond to your messages.

Each has its own privacy terms. We only share what is needed for them to do their job.

How long we keep it

We keep demo requests as long as we need them to help you and for our own records, then we remove them. Analytics data follows our provider's standard retention settings.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email [email protected] and we will take care of it.

Security
